Miriam Lyon is a Certified Sound Therapist, Trained Yoga Teacher, Reiki Teacher & Practitioner, with a background in Psychology. She is located in Kingston, Ontario, and her services are also available online.

Miriam offers a compassionate approach, encouraging everyone to find the calm within and be present for their current experience. Her experience is drawn from 1000s of hours of study & practice in all things calming, healing, yoga, & meditation.
